Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll work with clients to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive growth. You’ll help businesses create a clear marketing roadmap, manage operations, and analyze performance to optimize campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to identify their specific marketing challenges and develop tailored strategies to address them.
- Conduct research and discovery sessions and competitive analysis, define target audiences, and build personas, to support long-term marketing planning.
- Assist with the creation of brand messaging, content strategies, and marketing campaigns that align with business goals.
- Provide inbound marketing consulting, including social media strategy, content marketing, and email marketing, to help clients connect with their target audiences.
- Assist with the execution of lead nurturing campaigns, marketing automation strategies, and ongoing marketing operations to help clients convert leads into customers.
- Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations to clients for ongoing optimization and growth.
- Stay up to date on the latest marketing trends and tools, sharing best practices with the team and clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or in a similar role, with a focus on strategy development and execution.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, content marketing, email marketing, and inbound strategies.
- Experience in developing brand messaging and content strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret marketing data and provide insights for campaign optimization.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with HubSpot and experience in CRM setup, onboarding, and optimization is a plus but not required.
