Job Description:
We are seeking a HubSpot Migration Specialist to join our team on a contract/freelance basis. This role will be responsible for leading and managing the migration of data, workflows, and CRM systems from legacy platforms to HubSpot for our diverse client base. You will work closely with both our internal team and clients to ensure seamless and accurate migration processes, while offering insights on best practices to maximize HubSpot's capabilities post-migration.
If you are an experienced HubSpot expert with a deep understanding of data migration, CRM implementation, and client onboarding, this role could be a great fit for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the migration of data from legacy CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, etc.) to HubSpot.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data during migration, including customer records, contact information, pipelines, workflows, and historical activities.
- Work with internal teams, potential partners and clients to map out the migration process, ensuring alignment on deliverables, timelines, and outcomes.
- Identify and troubleshoot potential migration issues and offer solutions to optimize data flow.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients during and after the migration process.
- Ensure best practices are followed for data quality, process automation, and overall CRM management within HubSpot.
- Train clients and internal teams on new systems and workflows as needed post-migration.
- Document the migration process and create user guides for clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with HubSpot CRM, including extensive data migration experience.
- Strong understanding of HubSpot’s tools and features, including workflows, properties, lists, and reporting.
- Experience with migrating from platforms like Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar CRMs to HubSpot.
- Solid understanding of CRM data structures and relationships, including contacts, companies, deals, and custom properties.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with API integrations and tools like Zapier (preferred but not required).
- HubSpot certifications are a plus (HubSpot Data Management, HubSpot CRM Implementation, etc.).
